Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree major Psychology with minimum GPA 3,00
- Age maximum 27 years old
- Have experience minimum 1 years as Recruitment
- Has a skill to understand and analyst the needs of hiring entry level until managerial level
- Has skill in seeking candidate. Ability to build manages and maintain database of resumes
- Has skill in screening process (includes paper screening, interview, reference checking)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill and ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse people/ department
