- Responsible for develop, maintain, and implement of Quality Assurance Program : Document control, ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001
- Responsible with audit program from internal & external
- Develop a good relationship and culture with all departments for QA programs implementation
- Supervise subordinate and report to General Manager & BOD
- Make monthly report
Job Spec
- Male with age 30 - 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from all major (preferably from Industrial Engineering/Telecomunication/Information Technology/Electrical Engineering)
- Min. 2 years experience as QA Manager or 5 years as QA Supervisor
- Understand OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO 9001:2008
- Very high attention to detail, with strong focus on: milestones, deliverables, quality standard, policies, etc.
- Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.
- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, creative, independent, quick learner, and result oriented.
- Being prepared to work “Outside the Box”
- Experience as user of MS Office software
- Capable to speak and understand English
