Requirements
- BA/BS in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Technical Project Management
- Scrum Master and PMI certification a plus
- Experience with iOS and/or Android platform a plus
- Understanding of Software Development Methodologies, primarily Agile
- Demonstrated passion for project management and proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise; understanding of software development, testing, project management methodologies
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across work groups
- Excellent team building and group facilitation skills
- Verified ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Established ability to effectively collaborate in a highly matrixed organization and gain the trust from others
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
